Just as Starbase 522 detected a massive assault force, it was rocked with explosions. In all, 32 antimatter mines detonated across the starbase?s defensive perimeter. The Headquarters of Juno Fleet has been crippled.
It is now up to now up to the Enterprise to organize the defense of the starbase with the small fleet of escort ships stationed there.
They have only one advantage; the Romulan/Cardassian alliance has no idea the Enterprise is still in existence.

I have noticed that our posting is a bit low, not stopping but slower than usual. This might be due to the fact that I haven't been posting alot but that is no excuse. This ship can't rely on my posting alone. I know you are all very bright and know how to post well so I am sure you can all find things to post about.

Everyone please excuse the "So Much for Diplomacy, Part 4" as we had someone accidently click "post" instead of "save." Well, at least you all know that we're working on something, which is the reason for the delay. And you can also see that I am plum out of ideas when it comes to war rather than intrique!
I am assuming that someone with the power to edit posts will pull the post off the shelf as soon as is convenient.

Just wanted to keep you up-to-date on the developing plot in the "So Much for Diplomacy" series, so that you will be ready.
One of our ideas in Part 2 will POSSIBLY utilize the Stealth and her crew.
The intent will be to hold off the attack as long as possible in order to give time for starfleet reinforcements to arrive.
Part 2 (of 2) will be posted either tomorrow or tomorrow night, depending on how well these possible plot ideas unfold.
Stealth crew: be ready!
